Kastos

Kastos (Greek: Καστός) is a peaceful Greek island located east of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. Since the 2011 local government reform, it forms a municipal unit within the municipality of Lefkada.

Highlights & Location:

• Neighboring Islands: Situated right next to the island of Kalamos, separated by a deep marine channel.
• Mainland Proximity: Located approximately 5 kilometers (3 miles) southwest of the mainland region of Aetolia-Acarnania.
